Last Updated: April 19, 2026  |  Effective Date: April 19, 2026

Reclaim & Recover ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company") is committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and safeguard your information when you visit our websites, landing pages, microsites, mobile applications, and any related digital properties (collectively, the "Services"), interact with our advertisements on third-party platforms, or otherwise communicate with us. Please read this policy carefully. By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy.

THIS IS A PAID ATTORNEY / ADVOCATE ADVERTISEMENT. This website is a group advertisement and a fee is paid for by participating attorneys and advocates. The site is not an attorney referral service or prepaid legal services plan. This website does not make any representation of the qualifications, expertise, or credentials of participating attorneys/advocates and does not represent that quality is better than services performed by other attorneys/advocates. Any information you submit to this website may not be protected by the attorney-client privilege. An automated matching system will match each request with a member attorney/advocate representing the specific geography.

1. Scope & Applicability

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected by Reclaim & Recover through:

This policy does not apply to information collected by any third party, including through any third-party application or content that may link to or be accessible from our Services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites or services you visit.

2. Information We Collect

We collect several categories of personal information depending on how you interact with our Services:

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

2.3 Information from Third-Party Sources

2.4 Sensitive Personal Information

Important: Given the nature of legal claim evaluation, we may collect information that is considered sensitive, including health/medical information, information about physical injuries, disability status, and information about legal matters. We collect this information solely for the purpose of evaluating your potential legal claim and connecting you with appropriate legal representation. We treat all sensitive information with heightened care and security measures.

3. How We Collect Information

3.1 Web Forms & Intake Questionnaires

When you complete a form on our website or landing pages — including single-step forms, multi-step forms, quiz-style questionnaires, or callback request forms — we collect the information you enter, including any partially completed form data.

3.2 Telephone & Call Tracking

When you call one of our phone numbers, we collect your phone number via caller ID, and may record the call for quality assurance, training, compliance, and record-keeping purposes. We use dynamic number insertion (DNI) and call tracking technology to associate your call with the advertising source that prompted it. Call recordings are retained in accordance with our data retention policy and applicable law. By calling our advertised phone numbers, you consent to the recording of the call to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3.3 SMS/Text Messaging

When you opt in to receive text messages from us — whether by submitting a form, texting a keyword to our short code, or providing verbal consent — we collect your mobile phone number, the content of messages you send us, and metadata associated with the messaging (timestamps, carrier information, delivery status).

3.4 Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, web beacons, JavaScript tags, local storage, and similar technologies to collect information automatically. See Section 7 for detailed information.

3.5 Third-Party Advertising Integrations

When you click on one of our advertisements on a third-party platform, tracking parameters (such as click IDs) are appended to the URL and stored on your device. These allow us and the advertising platform to associate your subsequent actions (such as form submission) with the ad you clicked. We may also use server-side integrations (such as Conversions API) to transmit conversion data directly to advertising platforms.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

4.1 Core Service Delivery

4.2 Communications

4.3 Advertising & Analytics

4.4 Business Operations

5. How We Share & Disclose Your Information

Key Disclosure: Reclaim & Recover is a consumer advocacy and claimant intake service. Accordingly, the sharing of your information with legal service providers is a core function of our Services.

5.1 Attorneys & Law Firms

These attorneys operate independently and are subject to their own privacy policies and professional ethical obligations. Once your information has been shared with an attorney or law firm, their use of your information is governed by their own privacy practices and applicable rules of professional conduct.

By submitting your information through our Services, you acknowledge and consent to this sharing, subject to your rights described in Sections 11–13 of this policy.

5.5 Legal & Compliance Disclosures

We may disclose your information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to:

5.6 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, asset sale, or similar transaction, your personal information may be transferred to the acquiring or successor entity. We will provide notice before your personal information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
