Reclaim & Recover.

Part of Consumer Rights Network

Reclaim & Recover connects Americans with experienced attorneys in cases of corporate negligence, defective products, personal harm, institutional abuse, and denied or underpaid insurance claims. Our case review is confidential, carries no upfront cost, and creates no obligation to proceed.

Confidential. No upfront cost. Contingency representation when matched.
Our Mission

Supporting Americans seeking accountability.

When corporations cause harm through negligence, defective products, or unsafe practices, the Americans affected may have a right to seek accountability. The same is true when insurance companies wrongfully deny, delay, or underpay claims that their policyholders have every right to collect on. Too often, the process of pursuing these rights feels inaccessible, obscured by legal complexity, out of reach financially, and uncertain about where to begin.

Reclaim & Recover, an initiative of the Consumer Rights Network, exists to help remove those barriers. We provide a confidential, no-cost case review to every American who submits. When a submission meets the criteria of an active matter, we connect the claimant with attorneys experienced in that specific type of dispute. Attorney fees are contingent, meaning claimants pay no fees unless the attorney secures a recovery on their behalf.

What We Do

Four areas of focus.

Reclaim & Recover helps Americans in four primary areas of civil litigation. Each area connects qualifying claimants with attorneys experienced in that specific type of case.
Focus I.

Insurance Claim Disputes

When an insurance company denies, delays, or underpays a valid claim, policyholders may have the right to pursue the full amount owed, along with additional damages in cases of bad faith.

Focus II.

Product and Drug Liability

When defective products, unsafe drugs, or dangerous medical devices cause harm, affected individuals may have a legal claim against the manufacturer or distributor.

Focus III.

Personal Injury

Individuals injured due to another party's negligence, including motor vehicle accidents and premises liability, may have a claim for compensation related to medical costs and damages.

Focus IV.

Institutional Abuse

Survivors of abuse within religious, educational, or other institutional settings may have a civil claim depending on applicable state law and relevant lookback windows.

How We Help

A clear path to attorney review.

Whether you are pursuing a claim against a corporation, fighting a denied or underpaid insurance claim, or seeking accountability in an abuse matter, the process begins the same way.
I.

Confidential Case Review

Share your situation through our secure case review. Our team evaluates each submission against the criteria of active cases, including mass tort, personal injury, institutional abuse, and insurance bad faith matters.

II.

Attorney Network Match

Our network includes attorneys experienced in product liability, personal injury, institutional abuse, and insurance dispute litigation. We connect qualifying claimants with counsel who handle their specific type of claim.

III.

Contingency Representation

If connected with an attorney, representation is typically offered on a contingency basis. This means claimants pay no attorney fees unless a recovery is secured on their behalf.
